Carly Fiorina spends a lot of her time on the campaign trail attacking Hillary Clinton, but at Thursday's Republican "undercard" debate her barbs took a new personal turn.
Moments into her opening statement, she launched a thinly veiled attack on Clinton's marriage to former president Bill Clinton.
"Unlike another woman in this race, I actually love spending time with my husband," Fiorina said
It wasn't the first time Fiorina used the line. According to MSNBC, she launched the same attack at a South Carolina town hall earlier in the day.
The new line of attack comes as Bill Clinton has returned to the campaign trail, stumping on behalf of his wife's campaign.
Meanwhile, Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump has been attacking the ex-president over scandals involving women both before and during his presidency, calling Clinton one of "the great abusers of the world."
