At least three people were killed and 45 sustained injuries in Tuesday's car bomb explosion in the Turkish city of Diyarbakir, local media reported.
The explosion took place in central Diyarbakir as a police vehicle was passing by.
According to Daily Sabah newspaper, a number of police officers and the militants of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), as well as civilians were injured in the explosion.
The deadly explosion took place at 4:40 p.m. local time (14:40 GMT), the newspaper added.
