Just recently a woman was caught trying to vote twice , why? She was asked. She said it was “a spur-of-the-moment thing”.
What the 55-year-old lady did was, in fact, a crime, and it has a name , First-degree electoral fraud, and this woman actually knew about it , she just decided to damn all the consequences and vote twice just on a moment's feeling.
What's more disturbing than the instability of this lady is the fact of what she said.
This woman named Terri Lynn Rote, a 55-year-old Des Moines resident who was arrested in Iowa said, it was the spur of the moment which means it was meant to be something that you did unconsciously but also told RIowa Public Radio that she cast her first ballot for Trump but feared it would be changed to a vote for Hillary Clinton.
Still, don't find anything disturbing in the Italicized paragraph, here is what is disturbing......
This woman who ranks as an elder citizen( not elderly) is willing to break the law for her candidate, Donald Trump, based on what she think she knows or what she heard about "vote could be changed for Hilary Clinton"
The person feeding the public this information is not a threat and a problem until people start acting according to his dictates and declarations.
It's like some voters have become Zombified, Roboticised, they don't care if the information is wrong or inaccurate, so long the person saying is one they believe in or says something about the other candidate they "don't believe in".
That is the danger, Belief in wrong info!
Okay, some might ask , how are you sure this is not possible? How are you sure somebody's vote couldn't be changed for Hilary Clinton or Jill Stein or Gary Johnson? How am I sure this particular election and it's voting system would not be rigged?
My answer is this, this is not 2003/2004, what happened with Al Gore can't happen again. There is at least over 500 million people all over the world following this election, On Air, On ground even in spirit.
This election is almost like a world election, and the result will have implications on economy, international relations and Law.
So this election is indeed everybody's business and you think while the world is watching somebody will be smart enough to fool 500 million people. Possible but not at this time.
There is just too much attention being paid to this election
